Not a whole lot to report in Kansas except that what you’ve heard about it is true – just ain’t a whole lot there. Note to self, be sure your car is loaded up with gas, as service stations were generally 50 to 60 miles apart. It seems fitting that there is indeed a town in Kansas named Bizarre which features the Bizarre cow pens and Bizarre cow crossing. Seth caught a stomach bug along the way and was out for the count once we arrived at our friend’s house. This sadly kept us from attending the Kansas State Fair, which I’m sure, would have been a blog in itself.
